hi, i’m Olivia. i’m so happy that you’re here.

I am a mother, daughter, friend, and psychotherapist who believes therapy is more than just talking — it’s about being truly seen, understood, and met where you are. My work is rooted in relational psychoanalytic therapy, which means I care about your whole experience — your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships — and how all of this shows up in the room right now. We also attend to your story, your past experiences, and the cultural and social contexts that shape your life.

Therapy isn’t about pretending you have it all together. It’s about making sense of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and others. I honor how much courage it takes to ask for help — to step into the vulnerability of examining your inner world, your wounds, and your longings. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you in that process.

I work with adults of all genders and am especially attuned to supporting women and new parents during periods of emotional strain, identity shifts, and changes in relationships. I’m LGBTQ-affirming and sex-positive, and I welcome people from diverse cultural, religious, and gender experiences. Together, we can explore your values, your patterns, your relationships, and what truly matters to you — without judgment.

My goal is to offer a grounded, connected, and supportive space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. If you’re curious about therapy, unsure where to start, or ready to deepen your self-understanding, I would be honored to support you.

As a provisionally licensed counselor, I am currently affiliated with GoodMatter Counseling and supervised by Raelyn Koop, LPC.

my areas of focus

  • Anxiety & Mood

Anxiety and low mood can quietly shape how you think, feel, and move through your days. I support clients in understanding emotional patterns, easing inner tension, and building a steadier, more compassionate relationship with themselves.

  • Postpartum & New Parenthood

The postpartum period can bring tenderness, fear, grief, joy, and deep exhaustion all at once. I am especially attuned to supporting women and new parents through postpartum anxiety, mood changes, and the emotional shifts that come with becoming or caring for a new life.

  • Relationships & Identity

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar relational or emotional patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore how your history, relationships, and inner world shape the way you connect — helping you move toward more clarity, choice, and emotional freedom.

fees

I offer 50 min sessions at a rate of $145.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. Some benefits of paying privately include more privacy and more freedom in our work together. I am happy to provide a superbill which you can turn into your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

I reserve a select number of spots in my schedule to offer sliding scale fees, and when possible I will work with you to find a way for therapy to be accessible. This option can be discussed in our free initial consultation call.
